In celebration of ten years in publication, VIE® Magazine engaged Burwell Associates to design their new headquarters, which is located in the quaint but progressive beachside community of Grayton Beach in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Responsibilities encompassed overseeing deconstruction of the existing two-thousand-square-foot tenant space, developing a program and design to meet the publication’s brand image within a conservative budget, overseeing construction administration to ensure quality control and construction compliance by the general contractor, and then working with an interior designer to source furnishings to complement the architectural style. The end result: a clean, well-thought-out space that reflects the luxury image of the publisher and its high-end publications.
